  Guangxi MESDA Group Co., Ltd. has recently appointed Mr. Martin Conway as the Global Vice President of MESDA Group, with primary responsibility for the planning, management and development of the Group's global sales channels. Mr. Conway is a highly experienced senior executive in the global materials processing industry, with extensive exper- tise in international market development and channel management. His appointment brings MESDA valuable international perspective and advanced management insight, and will play a positive and effective role in accelerating the Group's overseas market expansion, strengthening brand influence, advancing its global growth strategy, enhancing channel development, and supporting ongoing product and technology improve- ment.

  As a new member of MESDA's senior leadership team, Mr. Conway's role aligns closely with the Group's strategic direction of "Single Focus, Multi-Brand and Globalisation", and will play a key role in accelerating the implementation of MESDA's industrial ecosystem strategy, integrating European and North American technology brands and channels, Chinese industrial capital, Nanning-based manufacturing, and global markets.
